Rev. Joy,
I have been great! I wanted to write to you to thank you for some
feedback that you had given me during our consultations. Something you
told me was to just be myself, and talk to as many people as I can,
instead of following the rigid scripts my real estate coach had me following.
Sooo... in early September I changed real estate companies, and
discontinued the real estate coaching program that I was in
($1000/month!). I LOVE the new company that I am with… there is so
much support and free training. I felt so freed when I got out of the
coaching program, now I look back, and I don’t know what was keeping
me in that program?!
And more great news… I have been trying different approaches, such as
door knocking and prospecting in my own condo complex, and marketing
myself as the “Park Ocean Specialist.” I have already taken one listing in
September, and I didn’t even need to give a presentation!
And I also took another listing, in which I used a whole different script that
was more comfortable to me. And I took that listing, and beat out another
agent who was referred to the sellers!
I also have some great serious buyers, and great leads.
I have been thinking about you, and just wanted to let you know.

Hi Rev. Joy!
Just wanted to give you an update. I have read and reread the book you
recommended. I take it with me everyday. I have applied the principles in
it and things are a lot different.
In my first week with my new mindset, I smile about how positive every
experience I had was. In my job things can be kind of difficult, but not this
week. Everyone I dealt with I greeted with a smile and yes, the smiles
were returned, Everyone I met was nice and I had an easy week. In riding
down the road, I found myself smiling and the tears that are in my eyes
are from joy. I found myself from time to time radio off riding down the
road smiling. And I would even laugh out loud at the joy in my heart. To a
lot of people that know me, it was a shock to them. But, I was met with
positive feelings. I am happy and it feels wonderful. I know you're busy,
but I just had to share this with someone who would understand. Not a lot
of people would. And for them, I hope in me they see anyone can change.
I'm not perfect, but, thanks to you, I am now the master of my own
destiny. And I hope in my they will see it is possible. My heart is filled with
joy and happiness. For everyone. The negative feelings I shared with you
are gone. And I'm never going back. I know it is an ongoing process, but I
have had more positive results than I'd have ever thought possible!
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. May everyday for you be
blessed with all life has to offer. I'll keep you posted.

you know that things have started to improve for me. One or two things
have happened with regards to things that I have been working on - which
were very slow to take effect. But suddenly, they started to do exactly
what I wanted them to. I know this is just the beginning of a much better
